A colt with impressive movement and a promising future ahead in show jumping. On the sire’s side, Kartal’s Emerald represents a highly regarded young stallion. Champion Stallion at his 2023 licensing, he combines the valuable genetics of Emerald van’t Ruytershof with the proven performance blood of the international Grand Prix mare Bella Donna. The damsire Catoki was one of the most successful German-bred show jumpers of his generation and competed among the world’s elite for many years. Under Philipp Weishaupt, he achieved team gold at the FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 and team silver at the FEI European Jumping Championships 2013. Known for his exceptional carefulness, rapid reflexes and remarkable consistency at 1.60 m level, Catoki has also established himself as a valuable sire. The dam, Baltic Pearl, is a half-sister to Ludger Beerbaum’s Grand Prix winner Chiara. This direct maternal line has also produced Simon Delestre’s internationally successful Chesall Zimequest.
