Opening this auction is Skyscraper – a highly modern colt by Clarimo from Holstein line 504. Dam Vanessa XXV has already produced Risohorse Carex – initially ridden by Björn Nagel and, for the past few years, by Max Haunhorst. He has successfully taken his place in international jumping, more than earning his stripes in 150cm competitions. The direct dam line of Skyscraper has also produced horses including licensed stallion Candoletto, Akapulco (140cm) and Cordoba VDL (licensed, 160cm). His sire Clarimo is a figurehead of Holstein jumping horse breeding. Having himself achieved success in competitions up to 160cm, he carries via Clearway – Caletto III the finest Holstein blood from line 3389. This line has also produced licensed stallions Cassini I (160cm) and Cassini II, as well as Larinjo II (150cm) and Cassini 3 (140cm), all of whom – like Clarimo – hail from dam Wisma.
