It is no exaggeration to say that True Blue is a real phenomenon. This striking and expressive colt has not fallen far from the tree of his successful father, Colorit. Colorit racked up multiple successes in 160cm jumping with Christian Ahlmann and David Will, including victories in the Munich and Mannheim Grand Prix, as well as a win in the German Masters in Stuttgart. His direct dam line has also produced Grand Prix horse Lord Mayor, as well as San Siro (150cm), Cashmere (140cm), Quenteria (140cm) and Arcors (140cm). His sire, Coriano, achieved his own success in 160cm jumping. At least as interesting is the dam line of this stallion prospect. Here too we find the results of the highest possible value being placed on the combining of the very best genes, to advance the breeding of modern sport horses. His dam Lambuca, for example, from Holstein line 1947 was herself encouraged in sport, achieving success in 130cm jumping. A daughter from her pairing with Toulouse has enjoyed success in 135cm jumping. The siblings of Lambuca are also noteworthy. They include full sisters Libertys Girl (140cm), Leonie (160cm), Liberty (140cm) and Camporada (140cm). Further back in the direct dam line we find numerous capable sport horses such as Copa Express (155cm), Mojo (150cm), Ironie (145cm), Jermaine (145cm) and Bavaria Cartouche (140cm).
