And we’ve saved the best until last – Championess, a three-year-old mare with an unbelievable pedigree which will surely pave the way to a dream career. Athletically built, with an impressive performance energy and the desired rideability as well as capability at the jump, this mare is already making her way into sport. Dam Doris Day van Overis Z is a textbook example of resounding hereditary strength in terms of capacity, rigour and performance readiness. This Diamand de Semilly daughter delivered, as a result of her pairings with diverse stallions, three offspring who are successful at 145cm and 160cm. These are Supreme Z, Twix Overis Z and Bon Vivant van Overis Z. No less successful are the siblings of this mare, whose dam Uberta van Overis von Darco has the same hereditary prowess as her daughter. Amongst her offspring are HH CIske van Overis Z (150cm), Colorino van Overis Z (140cm), Elle van Overis Z (145cm), Corvette van Overis Z (145cm), Miu Miu van Overis Z (145cm), Mojito van Overis Z (140cm), and Umberto van Overis Z (135cm). On the paternal side we find Belgian warmblood Luigi D’Eclipse von Catoki. Marlon Modolo Zanotelli rode the stallion to success at 160cm level. He hails from Oldenburg line 124. In the direct dam line we find, amongst others, full brother Moon D’Eclipse (licensed,145cm), Vedette van Het Appelsvoordehof (150cm) and Aluna (160cm). With Catoki as his sire, who himself enjoyed 160cm success, he carries coveted Holstein genes which have already produced horses such as Carrico (160cm), Cador (150), Catwalk (160cm), Clueso (160cm) and Baikal de Talma (160cm).
