Chacco-Blue is already regarded as a legend of modern show jumping breeding. The son of Chambertin made his mark in sport with a third-place finish in the Grand Prix of Aachen and, following his premature passing, has established an enduring legacy as one of the leading show jumping sires in the WBFSH rankings. The dam, Cymbaline OS Z, is one of the last daughters of the legendary Irish mare Gowran Lady. This exceptional broodmare produced eight international sport horses, including Olympic performer MHS Going Global. She is also the granddam of Cian O’Connor’s Olympic partner Kilkenny. The combination of Chacco-Blue and this exceptional Irish dam line unites proven international performance with a valuable foundation of sport genetics. An embryo with outstanding genetic potential and a pedigree offering every opportunity for success at the highest level of show jumping.
The recipient mare shall not form part of the subject matter of the purchase agreement and shall remain the property of the Auctioneer. The recipient mare shall be made available to the Purchaser exclusively for the purpose of carrying the embryo until the birth of the foal, subject to payment of a rental fee of EUR 3,500 plus applicable statutory VAT.
